O. M. G. Dams. Of all the shitty luck! I wish there was something I
could say to make you feel better, but I don't think there is.

Does your landlord know about all this? Surely he/she needs to organize
(and foot the bill) for any new gas pipes, boilers and electrical stuff
(or whatever) that have to be replaced or repaired?
