Do you use disposable gloves during cooking?

I've recently been using them more and more for messing with garlic.
Never for onions. I chop them too quickly I guess to have any problems
with that.
The MAIN thing I use gloves for in cooking is mixing ground meat, and
lately I've started using them to cut up poultry, mainly because it
gives me a better grip.
I _always_ use them for working with ground meat. I hate getting the
grease on my hands.
