Hah, yeah, really. I have a feeling it's not particularly cost
effective. Of course, government doesn't often worry about
that, that's nothing new.
I saw somewhere that Secret Service people go out as
ordinary citizens to buy food, shopping at different stores,
etc. for obvious security reasons. So the family can't even
buy their own food the way you would if staying in a hotel
with a kitchen area.
Whatever. No one seems to mind, it's just amusing to me,
strikes me as rather petty. That's all.
