I believe one of the sons moved to Tempe years ago and opened this one.
It's been here longer that I have, and we moved here in 2000.

It's only a 20 minute drive for me to Tempe. Guess which one I go to? And
it's a beautiful 72° outside right now at 5:30pm.

OTOH, I would guess you could get to NY quicker. You do have a car heater,
don't you. :-)
