Michael,

The National Coney Island dog sounds good (and your recipe) although
airports are notorious for dumbing down traditional local cuisine! Don't
EVER buy a Philly cheesesteak at Philadelphia International airport (PHL)
and form an informed opinion about our famous claim to fame! OK?
