Just to make you feel better... I had LO steak.... Sauteed some
onion, added a bit of Worcestershire Sauce and a small glug of RW
vinegar, in addition to s+p, of course. Added the thinly sliced
steak for just long enough to heat. Put some mozzarella cheese in
an LC pita and topped it with this mess. Bad idea--the pita was
too flimsy for this, so I took off the top and ate it with a knife
and fork. Also, the mozz wasn't great in this, but it seemed to
be the best choice from the cheeses I have. I need to find my
thyme or skittle over to Penzey's.
