I also think we shouldn't be locked out by merchant agreements from
getting a cash discount. I for one don't want to pay for someones
"rewards" if I am paying cash. From what I can gather merchant
agreements vary from to state to state. In my state and surrounding
states merchants can't offer a cash discount.
