I was at a local Pick N Save grocery store last night to pick up a few
things. I noticed on an endcap they had a minor entourage of Revere
Ware pots, pans and misc items on sale. Immediately I was drawn to the
8qt stock pot. I've wanted one for awhile, and since it would match my
set of Revere Ware copper-bottom pans at home, it'd be perfect (yeah,
i'm metro like that).

Anyways, it was on some blowout sale for $29.99. I thought "sheesh, $30
is kinda steep for a single pot". And didn't get it. But I still
wanted it, so I looked online to see if I could find it cheaper.

Nope. The MSRP is just shy of $80. $60 is the lowest I could find it.
So I went back and bought one. I thought about buying two and putting
one up on eBay for $50.

Oh well. We still have almost 3 more months of winter in Wisconsin.
Perhaps I'll make a proper soup just yet.
