No, Thank YOU Carol! I made the Greek Barley Salad you posted and
took it to a potluck lunch at my synagogue today. I got seven
requests for the recipe! Cost me less than ten bucks to double the
recipe. The lunch was for an obscure, oddball but fun Jewish holiday
that celebrates the seven grains and the fruits that are mentioned in
the Bible . . . I had forgotten that one of them is barley! One of
the gals who asked for the recipe is a licensed dietician. From
where did that recipe originate?
