BTW, I'm reminded of an Essence of Emeril show episode where he made
popovers. He put the pan on the oven's top shelf. I just knew that was a
mistake!

When it came time to remove them they had popover'd so tall that they stuck
to the top of the oven. He really had to yank them out!

The BUM!!!
