I have a question about baby carrots. Somewhere I heard these are just
large carrots that are somehow ground down to be smaller. The person
implied that buying carrots or making them created a lot of wasted
food. Does anyone know if this is true. I usually buy large carrots
and cut them into carrot sticks.
