I caught part of that AB brussel sprout program, but musta missed this one.
Sounds pretty tasty. Cream and nutmeg seems to be a fave with
Belgiumamiums, my late brother's girlfriend having taught me a similar dish
with ham wrapped Belgium endive cooked in cream and nutmeg. Yum. I'll
hafta try it.
