On the grill with basted marinade would be nice, too.
I have so much cooked chicken to use this week! Leftover Thai chicken, a
couple of Chicken and Green Chile enchiladas, poached pick-of-the chick
that I used for stock yesterday, and then last night's French Chicken in
a Pot. Still a lot of stock left from yesterday. Maybe a soup of some
sort -- it is rainy today.
We had cornish hens before all of this.
