We ordered eggs benedict there and watched one of the cooks
make Hollandaise from scratch for our order. It was pretty
impressive. Good coffee, too. While we waited, Barb ran back
to the car for supplies and handed out crackers with her jam
spread on them to the customers.

It was a hoot.
