I've been on a baby spinach kick the last couple of weeks. Been eating
it mainly with ground beef but it also goes with just about anything
else. Eggs, cheese, chicken, etc.

I've been chowing down on it raw. I've gone thru nearly 3 lbs. over the
past 2 weeks.
