I don't recall seeing you here before, so Welcome!

Only thing that springs immediately to mind is that the chicken(s) in
question may have been fed asparagus before slaughtering - but somehow
I doubt it because:

a) I keep a few chickens and they don't seem to like it
c) It might work out a tad expensive - well it would here in South
Africa - because asparagus ain't cheep. ;-)
