For grins, I went to http://www.lowsodiumcooking.com/
and on their front page they state:
"A can of chili may contain 2400 mg all by itself; homemade chili may
contain less than 100 mg"
Interesting in their bullet-point items they should mention chili.
Is there some reason why you don't make your own and then freeze
portions for later use?
There isn't a canned chili out there (beans or no) that tastes half as
good as what I can make. It's so damned easy, too.
Just sayin' ...
