Some towns in MA do not allow self serve either. Decision is made by the
fire chief if the collective IQ of the residents is high enough to prevent
an explosion. The good part though, the price of gas is the same in the
bordering full serve towns so I don't have to freeze my ass off and can have
it pumped for me.
