I think that's only half the battle.

That's the other half right there. The old "do what I say, not what I
do" works very poorly. If the parents like vegetables and show it, it
will be more likely that the kids will like them also. Of course, it
doesn't always work.

We didn't have too many problems with our kids and food. They are now
23, 26 and 30. The oldest still doesn't like mushrooms, but that just
means more for us!
