LOL!! The first thing I saw was a Carrot and 'Cilantro' dish :-)

On a coriander note....... a friend just got out of hospital after being
given the Last Rites, family flew up from Adelaide because the Dr's said "It
may be best to get family members here... NOW.", etc...... she is now on a
*very* strict "you cannot eat this" regime.

Corinader, ginger, garlic, soy, etc are on the "no-no" list.

She was/is a regular at our place, so I'm going to have to get a copy of her
'booklet/bible' and study it for future dinner parties.

So far it looks like anything Chinese is out of the question. Something to do
with Vitamin K.

We've just found out she has 'Factor 5 Leiden'..... after she had knee
surgery.

It's always painfully 'delicious' to reach the threshold though :-)
