What is an ideal breakfast?
I used to like working graveyard. Felt a special bond with the other
folks awake at 4AM, and a certain contempt for the masses that started
to swarm at rush hour. (I've been a security gaurd, gas station
attendant, line cook on midnights. All a long time ago.)
Afternoon shifts were the worst. Felt like I couldn't start anything
in the morning and the day was shot by the time I got off.
OBFood - fixin' to fix some Tunesian tuna/egg deep fried thing.
Mentioned it on some other thread. Check epicurious. Smells good so
far.
