Yeay!! Tabbouleh as it should be! I remember how adamant Lela Abu-Saba
McLeod, AKA the Tabbouleh Princess, was that tabbouleh is a *green
salad.* I'm in her camp. It's how I make mine and it is how the
Lebanese Church Ladies make it for the Festival of Nations in St. Paul
every spring.
