Why not use the army to shoot starving people?

It would give soldiers shooting practice too

And It would give countries a common goal.

Then there would be more food for a *rich* people like us who know how
to cook.

It would have been easy for me to kill poor people when I was a
soldier.

But when I was is the Special Forces I did my share of rape and
plunder (-:

(I like the smell of dead bodies in the morning)
