The only issue I have with leftover shrimp is the texture tends to
suffer. I try not to cook any more than I can eat in one sitting now.
IMHO freezing them raw, they really don't suffer that much.

Most gulf shrimp is flash-frozen anyway.

The economy...

By the way, I told Dr. Perry what you said this morning.
He replied that he's always up for a trip to Australia. ;-)

He worked out a nasty old lump from a damaged Quadricep muscle this
morning. I've no idea how or where the damage came from on the LEFT side!
Hurt, but now the lump is smoothed out. I did not have the hand
strength to do it myself.
