I had stuffed garlic butter and lemon slices under the breast skin, and had
put a whole (cut) lemon and half a head of garlic into the cavity.... so in
essence, it had some butter on it already!!

But I know what you mean, I like nothing more than hot chicken on a fresh
bread roll with plenty of butter :-)
