You can't have both simultaneously, it's one or the other.

That was your choice, but one occured before the other, not
simultaneously... and since you choose you should have chose to prepare
yourself for retirement financially.... normal brained folks do not just up
and retire spontaneously. Obviously you simply got ****ed and quit.

My insurance was

I undersatand just fine. COBRA can't make you do anything, COBRA is
voluntary... you continue to demonstrate your hostility and lack of self
control.

Bull Shit. Why would they lie... Medicare is controlled by Federal Law...
they don't care who you are, the same law apply to all.

What, you're 12 years old, never gave a thought to retirement.

There's not much to know about you, not once I learned that you lie and that
you're a hot head.

Yeah, right... all offer only one plan and all offer the same plan. You
never checked it out at all, you're just tossing out whatever numbers pop
into your head..

Medicare is a Social Security Administration benefit that everyone must
take... no one lied to you, anyone can look it up on line... Medicare
automatically comes with SSI or SSDI benefits, you can choose to upgrade to
Part A... you're the one obviously making it ALL up as you go along.

And now I know why you were laid off... however it's much more lilkely you
were fired for cause. I'd fire you too, you're a walking time bomb.
Rather than engaging in intelligent discourse you demonstrate your patently
obvious hostility and short fuse temperment. You claim to have COBRA,
"they made you"... well you can't have COBRA if you're employed and you
can't have COBRA if you're retired. Odds are you're not retired, you're
simply unemployed... you just like to call not working retired. LOL Your
employer fired you and you said "You can't fire me, **** You, I quit!"
You're a total waste of time, that's why your employer canned your ass, and
good riddance to bad rubbish.
