When I make them, green pepper doesn't enter in unless I have some that
has to go. Ground beef, onion, maybe a little garlic (maybe not),
ketchup, mustard, maybe a little barbecue sauce, some water to make it
sloppy.

(I'm going to post the Souperburger recipe.)
