A couple of summers ago I was unemployed, bored, had a glut of veg and
found a book on chutneys and went a little nuts with my first serious
canning adventure.
My favorite was a tomato/pear chutney that was brilliant as a
condiment w/ ham.
I have no memeory, but you know the basics and can figure it out. Or
Google. Or beg me and I'll see if I have any record.
