Tried using it yet? The French or Italian I sent ya are easy and nothing
special needed for either. The french will be more crusty and the italian,
more chewy.
It's ok to devour the first loaf warm with butter in hunks because it's not
cool enough to have firmed for cutting (grin). The French one works best
for that. The italian will become slicable while still a little warm.
