She wasn't ****ed off at you. She's seen a lot of ****ed off
customers and knew she needed to point out an empty line - or it was
company policy. It was probably policy.
Maybe she was in a bad mood; maybe you were reading too much into what
she said... but she did the right thing by telling you there was an
open line. I would have gone to the other line - after assessing the
travel time was worth it.
