Sometimes a regular line can be faster than an express line. If there is
a big lineup at the express it can be quicker to wait behind a couple of
people with carts full of stuff.

Thank goodness the lottery tickets are sold at the courtesy counter.
Some of the old folks buying loot tickets can be worse than kids at a
candy counter.
