Yep, I've slow cooked pork tenderloins & roasts with some smoke chips.
It works alright, but I find that I can't do ribs or anything that
would require slower cooking, as I can't keep the temperature low
enough. Having lurked here, read the FAQ, and some of the archives, I
know better than to call that BBQ. ;-)
