Do you have a sunny place to grow chilies? I started seedlings inside
this year, and they are thriving under my LED grow light panel. In
your zone, you'd need to buy bedding plants, or start your own
indoors. Frozen is SO much better than canned. You can freeze them
in 2L soda bottles inside a block of ice if you have a deep freeze.
