while we're on the subject, i was watching a re-run episode of 'monk,' and
there was this scene:

a biker dude parks his hog and strides away. someone yells, 'you can't
park there, it's a handicapped space!'

biker dude looks over his shoulder and says 'it's o.k., i'm psychotic.'
