I like to saute them in butter, set aside, then saute onion wedges until
wilted, add green and red pepper strips and saute until crisp-tender, then
add fresh tomato wedges and continue cooking until tomatoes just begin to
soften. At the end add livers back to pan to heat through. Serve over
rice. I usually season just at the end of cooking with salt and pepper and
a slash of Worcestershire sauce.
