Not a big fan of chicken livers, but I recently discovered that I like
chicken liver pate! Go figure.
Friends had a dinner party not too long ago and served a really nice
one. I got the recipe but I haven't made it yet.
I don't have the recipe here but it had a lot of butter and port.
The DH likes them for a quick snack just sauteed with onions. I think he
dusts them with cumin - a very Moroccan thing to do.
