Default Recipe for Key Lime dressing?

This one, from GourmetSleuth.com, looks pretty good to me though I
haven't tried it:

1 cup sour cream
1 Key lime, zest and juice
1 small shallot, finely diced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon finely chopped scotch bonnet or habanero pepper (very
hot, use gloves)
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Combine ingredients in a small bowl, and chill until ready to serve.
If you prefer a thinner dressing, whisk in a bit of milk.

I'd probably use a serrano chile instead, preferring not so much
heat. -aem
