Here is my neighborhood in San Francisco. That's where I found it

1. I don't shop at Asian markets. I will when I have more time
again, but not now. I haven't even been to Ranch 99 in a couple of
years.
2. I can find chili and garlic sauce easily, not the paste. I'm
looking for the stuff that is the consistency of tomato paste.
