Something is wrong with my camera and it turns out that I need special
_$30_ software (CD - nothing is available online) in order to transfer
pictures via usb from phone to computer. After a fairly heated
conversation with customer service last night, I'll buy it today (if
I can't get the store to give it to me for free) and my cell phone
carrier will credit the money to me. The pictures are in my phone
awaiting transfer!
