It looks like a beauty!! You must be very proud. I bought a Wolf
with the grill, (I knew I would never use a griddle). I have a
griddle that fits perfectly over two burners. Wolf recommends
that you never use any "cooking vessels" on the grill. It is meant
JUST for grilling. Mine sat in the box for three months while the
new house was being built. I couldn't stand waiting to use it. We
couldn't even cook lobsters on the old "glass top" at the condo in
town since the water would never come to a boil in a ten gallon pot.
Now it is a snap and you will find out that also. I do hope you
enjoy the wok....You will feel like a pro after that.

Now...for the hood...what did you choose. The building inspector
gave us a very bad time as to how we vented. He finally approved a
roof mounted exhaust fan at 1200 cfm. Being on the roof, it is almost
silent. Your rangetop is going to put out more heat that you can
imagine. He even started on us about installing a fire extinguisher
inside the hood like at restaurants. I know he was being very
cautious since we live out of town by five miles and live on the top
of a mountain on 10 totally wooded acres. Just like being in the
Smoky Mountains. Fire does scare the bejesus out of me....so I do
have three portable extinguishers handy in the house. The house would
burn to the ground before the fire department could get up here...and
then we wouldn't have sufficient water pressure.

Considering all that we had to endure....I have never had a regret and
I know you will be so happy with your new rangetop. Good luck and
happy creating on that marvelous instrument.

Here is our arrangement.....post pics of yours after completion!!!
Love to see it.
