A cheese slicer! My dog Josie is so happy now when I get the cheese out
as there is no more of that 'clack' when the knife hits the plate as it
goes through the cheese.

Even though she loves cheese, and I always give her a taste, she would
run into the next room as soon as she saw me pick up a knife and go to
slice the cheese

PS: I like it too! Great for cheese sangers and cheese on toast
