We have a well loved family recipe, probably invented in the 50s or
60s. Fine thin crepes, with a tablespoon mixture of shredded carrots,
a small amount of hamburger & onion. Then rolled up, put in a
casserole dish, and covered with mushroom gravy:?), with sprinkles of
cheddar cheese on top. I learned to make good crepes at an early age.
We called this in our family "Rolled Meat Pancakes"<g> and it is still
a family favorite!
