It's not that I haven't seen them much. I haven't seen them at all!
Mom canned, but never anything like this.

Never heard of beet relish, but I kinda like pickled beets. Honest to
God, the only relish I've ever experienced has been a choice between
sweet or dill pickle reliish.

I'm starting to feel like I just stepped off of a spaceship or
something. Hmmmm ... that would explain a lot.
