We like to bake our potatoes most, but only after
learning how to do it properly. Since we were given this tip, we
never use aluminum foil anymore.

Brush the skin of the potato with Olive oil, then sprinkle with sea
salt, rock salt or regular salt. Cook in the oven (with no foil).
Place a cookie sheet under the potatos to keep from leaking on the
bottom of the overn.

This is really good stuff!
