Chicken Tonight

This was a splendidly delicious dish! My partner David, who is the
organist at our church, has decided to throw a slumber party at our
house for the Boy's Choir this Saturday night. The lads are all
Mexican, and we have decided that we will serve this for them, so it
will be "pollo", indeed...!!!
