Well, you could indeed make a lovely white sauce, but once you add the
chipped beef, you have S. I'm not speculating here. I've had that
stuff when I was a kid. It could have been worse. Families a few
steps below on the socioeconomic staircase were doing the weenie water
gravy thing, which was essentially, creamed hot dogs.

Are you going to post a recipe for creamed bresaola?

Really though, my memory of that jarred meat is pretty intact, and
nothing good can come of it.
