I feel for you.
I am eating a lot of veggies and love exploring the produce section at
the asian market.

I love my Hamilton Beach electric grill. :-)
Dr. Perry taught me the value of high rep body weight only exercises.
They have done a lot of good. Things like 5 sets of 20 standing lunges
per day, altho' he told me to go to every other day on those this
morning.
