I really would not mind trying Iguana. I understand that it's a gourmet
item in Japan, shipped from Brazil. They are trying to get people around
the rainforests to farm them instead of cattle as the natural
environment can be preserved that way.
Then there are iguanas in Florida too. <g> They fall out of the trees
during serious cold snaps.
