Can't eat anything "heavy" four hours before I go to sleep. I also
have Omaprozol that I can take morning and night.
When it became severe six years ago, I had to raise the head of my bed
six inches - not just more pillows - actually, sleeping on a slant.
The drug eventually healed it to a point where I can sleep flat, but
I'd better watch what I eat in the last four hours of my day....
