You still could, or close to it. Putting more effort in, and
prioritizing quality can happen even within the context of dietary
restrictions. Take the rice, for example. There's little dietary
difference between brown rice and "instant" brown rice, but the
aesthetic difference is huge.
Eating well is more difficult with dietary restrictions, but that's no
reason to throw in the towel and resort to frozen taquitos (are those
healthy?), jarred chipped beef (there's something you could have cut
out to make room for the bacon), <shudder> Gatorade, Jello, canned
tuna with off brand (NYC) salsa. These are all things that you have
announced (presumably with *some* pride) that you have had for
breakfast in the past couple of weeks.
Instead of saying, "I used to breakfast like that. Ya BUM!!! " you
could go a long ways toward getting to eat like that, at least
occasionally. You just have to cut out the crap to make room.
